VHS - If you're lucky, you may still find some of the original release VHS tapes for sale in bargain bins or stores that sell used videos. They were released in the mid 90's, only cover a few episodes, and are extremely rare.

LD - none.

DVD - By the end of 2006, Warner Bros. had released all four seasons of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman on DVD. You can still purchase them nearly everywhere.
